Yes. Many of our clients combine a kitchen, a bathroom, flooring and paint in one project. Doing them together usually saves time compared with separate jobs, and your estimate shows the cost of each part.
Work that changes structure, plumbing or electrical usually needs a permit from the City of Flagstaff, or Coconino County outside city limits. Cosmetic work like paint and most flooring usually doesn't. We handle permits when they're needed.
Yes. Several of our long-time clients call us for small repairs between bigger projects. In Arizona, work over $1,000 or any job that needs a permit must be done by a licensed contractor.
