It depends on the size of the room, whether fixtures move, and the tile and fixtures you pick. A guest bath refresh and a master bath rebuild are very different jobs. Sergio visits, measures, and sends a written estimate within 48 hours, free.

Usually, if plumbing or electrical changes: moving the toilet or shower drain, adding circuits, or moving walls. Replacing a vanity or re-tiling in place usually doesn't. Inside city limits permits go through the City of Flagstaff; outside, through Coconino County. We handle them as part of the job.

Yes. We remove the tub, adjust the drain and valve, waterproof the shower, and tile it. We'll check the subfloor and plumbing at the first visit so there are no surprises once the tub is out.

Yes. We rebuild once the leak is fixed and the area has been dried and remediated. One of our reviewers had a full guest bath rebuild after a failed toilet seal.
