We hold two active AZROC licenses (#288594 and #291477), carry full insurance, and build everything from tenant improvements to ground-up commercial construction across Northern Arizona. Every project gets direct access to Sergio throughout construction — not a project manager you've never met.

Arizona law (A.R.S. § 32-1151) requires a licensed general contractor for any project over $1,000. AZROC licensing means Multiple Builders has passed background checks, holds required insurance, and is accountable to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. If a dispute arises, clients have legal recourse through the AZROC — a protection you don't get with unlicensed contractors.
